2×2 addresses issues vital to small church ministry from the lay point of view (the voice that is absent from most church dialog). Most churches are small. Yet most solutions proposed assume a structure that is more typical of large churches. We believe the small church can grow the whole church. There are a lot of us!
SLIDESHOWS
Expect more than images of sunsets and waterfalls. A collection of slideshows follows the church year with thought-provoking imagery. Images complement lectionary texts from the Old Testament, Psalms, Epistles and Gospel. Individual images can be extracted and used for bulletin covers, church blogs, or newsletters.
INTERACTIVE SERMONS
Interactive Sermons take the concept of object lessons (not just for kids) and adds modern evangelism tools and techniques to engage the congregation throughout the week. Engagement teaches as well as preaches. In the group setting, it also builds bonds within the congregation.

Few churches make strategic use of the greatest evangelism tool since Gutenberg. Social Media is a game changer for ministry. Small churches can excel without major investments. 2×2 began experimenting with social media in 2011. TRAININGS
Most congregational training options are expensive, limiting and often ineffective. Congregations often need more help than a short-term consultant can provide. When we send one or two people for training, we must then rely on them to implement their learnings across the congregation. 2×2 trainings are designed to be flexible and to be used in large or small groups—even one on one. For a fraction of the cost of workshops and consultants, small congregations can train their entire congregations for mission.
RESOURCES
It’s hard for small congregations to find resources that do not require professionally trained leaders and a crew of volunteers. 2×2 publishes resources that recognize the challenges of small congregations. We test them ourselves. You’ll find plays and worship services for special occasions. Many resources are free. When we charge, the prices are per congregation.
